Monday thru Fridays are a constant routine. Wake up early, take the kids to school, rush to eat some breakfast make it to the office by 8am and start pushing paper. Then pick up the kids from school, head home, prep dinner, shower, and try to fit in a chapter or 2 from the book sitting on your night stand. Before you know its 11pm and your a sleep. Get your 7 hours of dreaming and start your routine again.
I don't know about you but in those 7 hours my brain is hitting 100mph repeating task and projects to be completed. I don't think my brain actually takes a break.
At the end of the week your pay check is $410.75. That's when you ask your self was this week of stress worth $410.75?
